Products
We only use the finest coal tar sealcoating product to protect your asphalt from the harsh elements.  Rochester Jet-Blak is an authorized dealer of Sealmaster's high grade coal tar sealers, crack fillers, and sealing equipment; where Affordable Sealcoating purchases its products.

Here are the high quality products that Affordable Sealcoating uses to protect and beautify your asphalt investment.

Petro Seal: This is our concentrated oil spot primer for those oil, antifreeze, or any other oil based product that would prevent the coal tar sealer from effectively adhering to your asphalt, this may be brushed or spray applied as seen below.

Top Tuff: This is a sealer additive that most other contractors prefer not to use because of the added expense, but Affordable Sealcoating believes it makes the difference for a perfect finish on your asphalt.  Top Tough improves surface toughness; enhances resistance to oils, fuels, and grease; reduces power steering marks; and makes for a blacker dried surface to make the asphalt look as it was new again.

Gatorpave: This is one of Sealmaster's most highly demanded product for those alligator cracked patches of asphalt and cracks on the surface of your asphalt.  Affordable Sealcoating highly believes in the success of the product and will recommend it to any customer whose asphalt is in need of this kind of repair.  Gatorpave may be applied with a squeegee for larger areas or with a v-tool for smaller, individual cracks.

Crackmaster Hot Tar: Hot tar crack filling is not offered by most sealing contractors in the Rochester area, but Affordable Sealcoating offers this service for those severe, deep cracks.  This rubberized material hardens up in the crack and keeps water from penetrating through to cause more cracking.  This is the commercial grade crackfiller that is used on all New York State work that you see done.

Patch Master: This is a cold applied patching substance for little areas of asphalt that have broken up and that can be replaced without using hot asphalt.  This is not guaranteed to hold up as well as asphalt, but does the trick for those tough areas.
